Most often we start doing a Fault Diagnosis (Felsökning). In a structured way we go through all interior parts such as bearings, gears and assemblies. We document issues, possible improvements and recommended priced actions. You decide which further steps to take. Fault Diagnosis is fixed price (690-1190 kr) including cost of shipping.

Approved actions are taken as soon as possible after Fault Diagnosis. If material needs to be ordered you will be informed of the delay. If you decide not to take any actions we charge 190 kr for the return shipment.

Our Full Service (Fullservice) is the fastest way to get your motor restored and ready to rock. After your booking we find a service slot that suits both parties. In this way you only need to be bike-less a couple of days. Full Service includes replacement of bearings, sprag bearings and seals. We clean and lubricate gears, clutches, bushings and seals. Full Service is fixed price including all material and shipping costs.

To address short-cuts taken but the motor manufacturers, we offer Upgrades (Uppgradering) for Bosch Gen4 and Brose/Specialized motors. Bosch Gen4 tends to take in water in the crank shaft assembly. Quickly the drive shaft, the shaft tube and the clutch is all rusty. Finally moisture may ruin the circuit board. A new crank shaft assembly alone is 2750 kr. As part of another service the Bosch Gen4 Upgrade is 1490 kr and standalone it is 2290 kr.

Brose/Specialized have a few weak spots that often result in a broken belt, smashed sprag bearings and a damaged drive shaft. If not attended, the broken belt may cause the planetary gear to break. As part of another service a full Brose/Specialized Upgrade is 1990 kr and standalone it is 2990 kr.
